Delivery Options

There are currently 7 options for delivery.

These are at The Reception for the following locations:

Weekdays – 07h00 to 14h30.

• Nova Pioneer Northriding – Jackal Creek Golf Estate, 18 Elberta Rd, Northriding, Randburg, 2169

• Nova Pioneer Midrand Primary School – 32 Matuka Cl, Halfway Gardens, Midrand, 1686

• Nova Pioneer Midrand Secondary School –  4 Third Rd, Carlswald, Midrand, 1686

• Nova Pioneer Ruimsig – Ext 27, Cnr 66 Flora Haase Road Amorosa, Van Bergen Rd, Ruimsig, Roodepoort, 2169

• Nova Pioneer Ormonde – Fontenay Rd, Ormonde, Johannesburg South, 2091

or collection from the McCullagh & Bothwell Fourways Crossing Branch.

Where the selected collection location is The Ormonde Shop, these will ordinarily be available within 1 – 2 working days from order placement.

All other locations will will have a Thursday weekly delivery.

In any event, and irrespective of the collection location, you will receive a notification indicating when your order is ready for collection.

If you are unable to collect from any of these locations above, please send us an email, and we can arrange to courier items to you. Additional charges may apply

 

What happens if an order can’t be fulfilled?

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order in full (normally because of stock outs), someone will be in contact, so that a decision on how best to proceed can be jointly made. This process will then take place ‘offline
